SutureTape is a flat braided suture that is similar in strength to FiberWire but more resistant to tissue pull-through. It offers improved handling and knot security with smaller comparable knot stacks.

SutureTape is a #2 suture braided flat instead of round, and it offers

• Increased resistance to tissue pull-through*
• Stronger knotted and knotless fixation*
• Tighter, smaller knot stacks
• Less likely to hurt fingers while tensioning (compared to #2 suture)

Two inches of round #2 suture tails smoothly transitions to 36 inches of flat 1.3 mm SutureTape

• #2 suture tails are required for needle assembly
• The transition proves that the 1.3 mm tape has the same amount of material (volume) as #2 suture tails
