How to Register Your Account

To register a new account at TribeVet.com you must first be approved by our supplier, Arthrex.

New customers must verify that they are a licensed Canadian veterinarian, university, or hospital.

  1. Submit a new customer application to Arthrex.
  2. Copy/paste your arthrex confirmation # and submit it to us.
  3. You will receive your TribeVet.com account details within 2 to 3 working days. (watch your email!)

How Purchasing Works on TribeVet.com

Once you are verified, you will have access to build and submit orders online through TribeVet.com’s online store. Your final invoice however will come from Arthrex approximately 30 days after purchase and payment will be made directly to them.
