Description
The TRAD (TightRope Aiming Device) aiming device was developed for the Tightrope and Swivelock technique. This aiming device is to be used for the K-wire where tunnel drilling can be tricky as the caudal condyle is a sphere.
Looking from the Top
Left side (Swivelock and Tightrope)
Tightrope tibial tunnel and the Swivelock femoral socket
When looking at it from the side, there is the angled offset.
Right side (Tightrope)
Tightrope femoral tunnel
When looking at it from the side, there is a straight offset.
